This is a Recipe for Chicken Liver Fry. An easy to cook liver recipe; tastes good, goes nicely with the main course.
Ingredients
½ Kg Chicken
1 Tea spoon Pepper powder
½ Tea spoon Cumin seeds powder (roasted)
4 Cloves (crushed)
2 Tea spoon Coriander power (roasted)
4 Cloves Garlic (paste)
A small piece Ginger
A small bunch Coriander leaves (paste)
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Turmeric powder
2 Table spoon Oil
Salt and Vinegar to taste
Preparation
Clean and mix all the above Ingredients with ChickenLiver and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat 2 table spoon of Oil in a Pan add the Liver pieces and fry ¾ minutes and then cover and cook in a low sim.
