This is a step by step Recipe for Chicken 65. This is one of the most famous Chickendishes you come across in high quality restaurants.
Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken (Leg and Breast pieces)
For the paste
12 Cashew nuts
2 ½” Piece Ginger
¼ Cup Coriander (chopped)
3 Green Chilies
15 Cloves Garlic
For the Batter
2 Table spoon Flour
1 Table spoon Besan
½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
2 Tea spoon Lemon Juice
½ Tea spoon Ajinomoto
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 ½ Table spoon Corn flour
2 Pinch Orange Colour
½ Tea spoon Baking powder
Salt to taste
Preparation
Clean the Chicken and apply Salt, ¼ Tea spoon Turmeric powder, ½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Add 2 cups of Water in a pressure Cooker. Keep a plate inside a pressure cooker. Put the Chicken in a pot and put it in on a plate of a Pressure cooker and cook the Chicken for 10 minutes on full pressure.
After that mix the paste and batter together and add some Water to make a coating consistency.
Dip Chicken pieces in to batter and deep fry till colour change in to light brown.
Serve hot.
