This is a simple Recipe for Kadhi. This Kadhi has been prepared in the typical Maharashtrian style of cooking, Tastes good once in a while taken with rice.
Ingredients
1 Drum Stick
150 Gram Potatoes
100 Gram Lady Fingers
1 Brinjal
150 Gram Cauliflower
25 Gram Tamarind
100 Gram Beasn
Preparation
Clean and Cut all the Vegetables and wash. Soak Tamarind and extract the juice.
Heat Oil in a Kadhai. Add Besan, Cumin and Fenugreek seeds and keep stirring till it is slightly reddish brown. Add 3 cups Water, all the Vegetables, slit Ginger, Chilies, Tamarind juice, Coriander, Curry leaves, Salt. Close with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on slow sim. Serve hot with Rice.
