This is a Recipe for preparing Hotel or Dhaba Style Paneer Tikka. A starter’s dish, most in demand for all kinds of parties; including kitty and cocktail parties.
Ingredients
250 Gram Paneer (cut into 1 ½ Inch Squares)
250 Gram Pineapple chunks of the size of cut Paneer
Salad leaves cut in 1 ½ inch square
Toothpicks
For the Marinade
2 Tea spoon Tomato ketchup
1 Table spoon Vinegar
2 Tea spoon Chili Sauce
½ Tea spoon Sugar
1 Tea spoon Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
½ Tea spoon Ajinimoto
For the Batter
½ Cup Maida
½ Cup Rice flour
Salt to taste

Preparation
Marinade the Paneer chunks in the marinade mixture for one to two hours. Make batter ingredients. Take each Paneer chunk. Dip it in batter and deep fry till golden brown. For serving, take a toothpick. Then two salad leaves, then a Pineapple. Prepare all pieces in the same way. Serve at room temperature.
