This is a Recipe for preparing Batate or Potato Ki Chutney. This Chutney is different from the potato chutney recipe I had given earlier.
Ingredients
3-4 Potato (peal & shred)
1 Green Chili
1 Table spoon Coriander
Salt to taste
2 Table spoon Peanut powder
Tamarind & Jaggery as per taste
For Tadka
2 Table spoon Ghee (hot)
½ Tea spoon Jeera
½ Tea spoon Hing [asafoetida ]
Preparation
Wash shredded potatoes & drain the water completely. Then mix the peanut powder, salt, tamarind, jaggery and green chili. Then prepare tadka & mix it nicely with the mixture. The potato chutney is ready to eat.
