This is a Recipe for preparing at home tasty and delicious Baked Parsley Potato Balls [ Parsley Aloo Ke Gole]. This is a great add on to the main course.
Ingredients
8 Medium size Potatoes
½ Lemon Juice
1 Table spoon parsley – Ajmoda in Hindi
1 Spring Onion
1 Table spoon Capsicum (chopped)
Salt and black Pepper to taste
1 Table spoon Butter
1 Table spoon Milk
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Wash the Potatoes and boil until tender, peel. Then add Salt and Pepper. Mash well while still hot. Add lime juice, butter and Milk. Beat well. Add minced parsley, spring Onion and Capsicums. Shape into balls the size of a walnut and roll sparingly in breadcrumbs. Brown in the Microwave for ten minutes.
