Pudina [Mint leaves] Chutney – 2 Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 5 Persons
Ingredients
¼ cup Mint leaves (Pudina leaves)
1 Cup Coconut
¼ Cup Coconut water
2 Green Chilies
7-8 Petal Garlic
1 Small piece Ginger
1 Tea spoon Sugar
1 Table spoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all above Ingredients and grind to make a paste. This Chutney is normally served with Dosa, Idli or Uttapa.
