Ingredients
200 gram Wheat flour
100 gram Besan
100 gram Rice flour
100 grams Oil
2 teaspoon Ajwain
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
A pinch of Asafetida
Salt as required
Preparation
Firstly mix all the three flours together with all the masalas and the oil; knead it to prepare dough.
Then make Parathaswith this dough and apply oil on both the sides.
This Roti is considered to be nutritious and last for several days; hence most people from Rajasthan take it along with them while going on along journey.
