No need to for any complicated and time consuming method to prepare Basundi. This is an extremely simple Recipe for preparing instant Basundi, using Condensed Milk insted of boiled Milk, saves a lot of time and effort.
Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk
4 to 5 cups milk
Dry fruits
Cardamom and Nutmeg powder
Preparation
Firstly add the milk to the condensed milk mix and heat it on a low flame; but don’t boil it. When it appears to be thickening add the dry fruits, cardamom and nutmeg powder.
Remove from fire and let it cool.
When it has cooled properly refrigerate it and it chill.
Serve chilled.
