Potato Raita is a simple to prepare Side Dish or Dip. In this article, I have described two methods to prepare the Potato Raita [Aloo or Batate Ka Raita in Hindi], one with Curds and the other without Curds.
Both the Raita recipes are extremely simple and tasty and do not consume much time or effort.
Ingredients
Two large Potatoes
One Katori Dahi [Curds]
Red Chili Powder [Lal Mirch] as per taste
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and then remove the skin and mash them.
Mix the Curds with the Mashed Potatoes.
Add the Lal Mirch Powder and Salt as per taste and serve.

Salt as per taste
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and mash them after removing the skin.
Chop the Green Chilies and add Salt as per taste and grind to a paste, this ensures that it become spicier.
Then mix the Mashed Potatoes and the Chili paste and serve.
