This is a Recipe for rich, tasty and delicious Cashew Nut Pickle. This is a Pickle Recipe in the traditional Indian style of cooking called Kaju Ka Achar in Hindi and Kaju Che Lonche in Marathi.
Ingredients
250 Grams Cashew nuts
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
1 Tea spoon Rai
¼ Tea spoon Hing
2 Table spoon Oil
Sugar & Lemon to taste
Preparation
Cut cashew nut then add Red chili powder, Salt, Sugar & Turmeric mix it well and keep aside. Then heat the Oil adds Rai & Hing and then add in to cashew nut mixture. Then add Lemon. Mix it well. Then serve.
