Bread Bhel is a great fast food dish to prepare once in a while at home. This is a simple recipe for Bread Bhel or Pavachi Bhel as it is called in Marathi. Left over Bread can also be used to prepare this Bhel.
Ingredients
½ a loaf of Bread
1 finely cut onion
1 cup cubes of a boiled potato
½ cup finely cut green coriander
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup Sev
1 cup Dalmooth
Salt as per taste
Green Chutney and Sweet Chutney
Preparation
Cut the bread slices into cubes and deep fry them till they turn brown.
Then mix the bread cubes, potatoes, onion, dalmooth, sev, sweet chutney, green chutney and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Then put the bhel mixture in a plate and decorate with little potatoes, onion, sev, coriander and pomegranate seeds.
Arrange long strips of fried bread on the side.
