This is a most simple Recipe for preparing Dalia Pulao. A Sumptuous snacks recipe for high tea. This is an authentic Indian Dalia Recipe.
Ingredients
1 Cup Wheat Dalia
1 Cup Seasonal vegetables (Carrot, Peas, Potato, Spinach, Onion etc.) Chopped
1 Table spoon Pure Ghee or Oil
Salt to taste
1 ½ Cups water
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
3 Pepper Corns crushed
½ Tea spoon Cumin seeds
¼ Tea spoon Sugar
Preparation
Heat Ghee in a cooker body and put Cumin Seeds, Chopped Vegetables and crushed masala. Fry for one minute. Put Dalia and after frying for 2-3 minutes, put Salt, Sugar and Water and pressure cook on maximum heat. After one whistle, reduce the heat to minimum and cook for 5-6 minutes. Let the cooker cool. Serve garnished with Coriander leaves.
