This is another Recipe for Capsicum Pakoras, Shimla Mirch ke Pakode in Hindi and Shimla Mirchi Chi Bhaji, a crispy and tasty add to any meal, can aslo be served as a snack.
Ingredients
5 Small Capsicum (cut in 2 equal pieces)
1 Table spoon Vinegar
½ Tea spoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Salt to Taste
100 Gram Besan
Oil for frying
Preparation
First of all Cut Capsicum then apply Vinegar and Salt and then keep aside.
Take Besan and add Red Chili Powder, Hing ,Salt and1 table oil hot Oil and mix it nicely. Then make a thick paste by adding sufficient water.
Heat the Oil in the frying pan dip each Capsicum in the Besan Mixture and then deep fry in the hot Oil on slow sim till color changes to golden brown,
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
