This is a recipe for preparing at home a Combo of the Cold Tea [Iced-Tea] and Grape Juice. This is a very refreshing Fruit Juice Flavored Cold-Tea preparation especially during the hot summers or afternoons.
The recipe is simple and easy to understand and is given in step-by-step manner to make the Cold Tea preparation as easy as possible
Preparation time-10 minute
For chilling- 1 hour
Sevres- 4-5 persons
Ingredients
One-tablespoon tea powder
125 grams fresh green grapes
75 grams black grapes
6 table spoons sugar
Ice cubes as per need and requirement
Preparation
Boil the tea powder in four glasses of water.
After the tea starts boiling, cover with a lid and keep aside.
Then after 2-3 minutes filter the tea with a tea strainer.
Then add the sugar and keep aside for cooling.
Then mix the black and green grapes and remove the juice in a juicer.
Mix the grape juice with the tea.
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for chilling.
While serving add the ice cubes.
