Simple Recipe for Vegetable Fried Rice

This is Recipe is for preparing at home restaurant style Vegetable Fried Rice. The Sabzi Pulao is a simple and easy to prepare rice dish, which make a filling and wholesome main course item.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
4 – 5 Cups boiled Rice
3 Table spoon Oil
½ Cup Spring Onion (cut in small size)
½ Cup Beans (cut in small pieces)
½ Cup Carrot (cut in small pieces)
½ Cup Capsicum (cut in small pieces)
½ Cup Cauliflower (cut in small pieces)
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1 Pinch on Ajinomoto
1 Table spoon Soya Sauce
2 Tea spoon Vinegar
4 Cloves Garlic (cut in small pieces)
2 Chilies (cut in small pieces)

Preparation
In the boiled rice add Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Salt, and Black Pepper and mix it nicely then keep aside.
Heat the Oil in the frying pan and add Garlic, Spring Onion, Green Chilies, the other vegetables and cook for 3 – 4 minute.
Then add boiled Rice and mixed it nicely.
Serve hot.
