This is a Recipe for preparing tasty and delicious restaurant style Cream of Tomato Soup. This is also a party dish and a greaat appetizer.

Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
½ kg Red Tomatoes
2 Big Onion (Cut in small pieces)
1” Ginger
1 Tea spoon pepper
1 Table spoon flour
1 Table spoon fresh Cream
Ghee
4 Bread Slice
1 Table spoon Sugar
Salt to taste
Preparation
First wash the Tomatoes and then boil them.
Then remove the skin and grind it to make a thick paste.
Heat 1 table spoon ghee in kadhai [frying pan], and add onion and fry till color change in to Pink.
Then add flour and fry for 2-3 minutes and then add ¼ cup water, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
After that add Tomato paste, Salt, Sugar, Pepper and 2 small glasses of water.
Then cook for 5 minutes on slow sim.
Lastly filter the above and Serve Hot, while serving add bread crumb and fresh cream.
(Bread Crumbs – Take 4 Bread slice and cut it in ½” square pieces and deep fry in to the Ghee)
