This is a recipe for Sweet Cookies. A great snack for everyone.
Ingredients
2 Cups of white flour
1 Cup of melted fat
1 Cup of Castor sugar
½ Table spoon baking powder
½ Cup of Milk
A few drops of essence
Preparation
Sieve together white flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix melted fat form a thick dough with milk. Make small balls and pierce the centre of ball with your finger.Place one part in a greased baking dish. Using a knife, make a design on each cookie. Bake in a preheated Oven/ Microwave till golden brown.
