This is a simple to follow step-by-step Recipe for making at home a tasty and delicious thick Egg-Chicken Liver Gravy or Anda Chicken Kaleji Sukhi Gravy as this non-veg preparation is called in the Marathi language.
This is an easy to make dish for the main course, which does not take much time or effort.

Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
500 Gram Chicken Liver
3 Eggs
1 Big size Onion (chopped)
Salt as per taste
2 Tablespoon Oil
For the Masala (grind)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Garlic
2 Green Chilies
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Corn
2 cloves
½” Cinnamon
2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoon Coconut (grated)
Preparation
Chop the Onion. Boil the Eggs. Mix the Masala and grind it to a paste. Wash the Chicken Liver and cut it into medium size pieces. Apply the grounded Masala over the Chicken Liver pieces and keep them aside for five minutes.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the chopped Onion and then saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the marinated Chicken Liver pieces and saute for two minutes and then add ¼ cup Water, mix it well, cover the Kadai with a plate and cook the Chicken Liver pieces till they are done.
Then cut the boiled Eggs into four pieces and add the pieces into the Cooked Chicken Liver. Mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame.
Serve hot with Chapatti or Paratha.
