This is a Recipe for preparing healthy and nutritious Indian Style Dal Soup. This Soup can be given to 6 months old babies; it is nourishing and easy to digest.

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 2 Babies
Ingredients
1 Table spoon Red Gram or Lentil Dal
1 Small Tomato
1 Small piece of Carrot
1 Small piece of Red Pumpkin
2 Cups of Water
1 Pinch of Salt
¼ Tea spoon Sugar
Preparation
Cook all above Ingredients in a pressure cooker till done and then filter it, the Soup is ready.
Serve 7 – 8 spoons at a time.
