This is Recipe for preparing at home crisp and tasty Chinese Restaurant Style Cantonese Fried Chicken. This is a very popular Chinese Chicken Recipe, which I have tried to make as simple and easy as possible.
Ingredients
Oil for deep frying
Chicken cut and cleaned
2 Table spoon Soya sauce
½ Cup stock
Pieces of Ginger minced
½ Cup Green Onion chopped
1/24 Cup wine
Salt to taste
Preparation
Rub Chicken with Soya sauce. Heat Oil, Fry chicken till golden brown. Add stock, wine ginger, salt and green onion to chicken. Cover and cook for half an hour turning occasionally, serve hot with rice.
