Chutney for Batata Vada Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
½ Cup Coconut
5-6 Green Chilies
¼ Cup Coriander
4-5 Petals of Garlic
2 Table Spoon Fried Peanuts
1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Sugar to taste
For Tadka
1 Teaspoon Oil
5-6 Leaves of Kadipatta
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea Spoon Hing
Preparation
Add Coconut, Coriander, Green Chilies, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Salt, and Lemon Juice & Peanuts mix and grind and then add Tadka and serve with Batata Wada.
