This is a Recipe for preparing Cucumber Pickle. This is an uncommon Indian Pickle preparation called Kakdi Ka Achar in Hindi and Kakadiche Lonche in Marathi.
Ingredients
250 Gram Cucumber
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
¼ Tea spoon Hing
2 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Lemon Juice
Sugar to taste
Preparation
Cut the cucumber in small pieces. Then add Salt, Red chili powder, Hing and sugar. After that heat the Oil add Rai then add in to Cucumber mixture. Mix it well. Then add Sugar & Lemon juice and mix it well.
