This is a recipe for Mutter Chutney (Green Peas Chutney). This Hare Matar Ki Chutney is one of those Side Dishes which add flavor to the main course. This Chutney is really most simple to prepare and does not require much effort.
Mutter Chutney (Green Peas Chutney) Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 6 Persons
Ingredients
1 Cup Green Peas
100 Gram Peanuts
1 Lemon
1 Table spoon Jaggery
2-3 Green Chilies
½ Table spoon Oil
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Preparation
Heat the Oil and fry Green peas, Peanuts, Green Chili then add Salt, Jaggery and then grind. After that add Lemon and mix it well.
