Recipe for Pasta and Mushrooms in Creamy Tomato Sauce

This is a Recipe for pasta with Mushrooms in Creamy Tomato Sauce. A delicious blend of mushrooms with rich tomato sauce. A snack or main course recipe.

Ingredients
350 Grams Pasta
500 Gram sliced Mushrooms
1 ¼ Cup Thick Cream
½ Cup diced Tomatoes
3 Table spoon Butter
1 Table spoon Garlic (crushed)
2 Table spoon Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ Cup Cheese

Preparation
First of all cook Pasta and drain excess Water.
Heat Butter in a Saucepan and then add Mushrooms and Garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium sim. After that add Cream and cook for 2-3 minutes on slow sim. Then add Tomatoes, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper and Pasta then mix it well.
While serving Sprinkle Cheese and then serve.
