This is a recipe for Vermicelli [Seviyan] Upma.This is breakfast or Snacks Recipe.

Ingredients
2 Cups Vermicelli
1 Big Onion (Fine cut)
1 Small Capsicum (Cut in fine)
1 Small Potatoes (peal & cut in strips)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
1 Carrot (cut in small size or shredded)
½ Cup green Coriander
½ Lemon Juice
Salt & Sugar to taste
1 Table spoon Ghee for frying vermicelli
For Tadka
1 ½ Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea spoon Jeera
½ Tea spoon Hing
Preparation
First fry Vermicelli and keep aside.
Make Tadka and add Onion, Capsicum, Potatoes, Green Chilies and then fry till color change in to light brown then add 2 cups water and boil it ,then add Salt and Vermicelli and cook.
After that add Lemon, Sugar, and Coriander and mix it nicely. Serve Hot.
