This is a Recipe for Fruit Pani Puri, a variation of the normal Pani Puri, experimented by me. These Puri can be served as Chatpata Snacks for Children parties or kitty Parties as an uncommon fast food snack item.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
Packet of Pani Puri – Puris
2 Cups Oranges segments
2 Cup Pineapple Pieces
2 Cup Water Melon pieces
¼ Cup Orange Pieces
¼ Cup Pineapple Pieces
¼ Cup Water Melon Pieces
Few Mint Leaves (chopped)
Pepper

Preparation
For the Juice: Grind the Orange segments, a teaspoon Sugar and ¼ cup Water and pour into the bowl.
Grind the Pineapple Pieces, a teaspoon Sugar and ¼ cup Water and pour into the bowl.
Grind the Watermelon , a teaspoon Sugar and ¼ cup Water and pour into the bowl.
Before serving add the Mint leaves, Pepper and mix it well.
While serving insert Orange pieces into the Puries and a tablespoon Orange Juice and then serve.
Repeat the same process for the Pineapple and Water Melon Juice Pani Puris.
