This is a step-by-step Recipe is for preparing at home crisp and delicious Restaurant or Dhaba Style Paneer sticks. It can be eaten as a snack or served as a starters snack for any kind of parties, including Cocktail or Kitty parties.

Preparation Time: 50 Minutes
Serves: 8-10 Sticks
Ingredients
150 grams Paneer (Cut pieces into rectangular shapes)
7-8 boiled potatoes
2 small onions (Cut into very small pieces)
3-4 green chili (cut in to very small pieces)
2 tea spoon ginger & garlic paste
1 tea spoon garam masala
2 table spoon lemon juice
½ cup coriander (cut into very small pieces)
½ cup Maida flour
2 cups bread crumbs
2 slices of fresh bread
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying the Paneer sticks
Method
Smash the boiled potatoes, add onion, green chili, coriander, ginger- garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, salt & bread slices (soak in water & drain the water) mix nicely.
Make small size balls, put the Paneer pieces in every ball (i.e. cover the Paneer pieces with above ingredients) and cover it nicely and give shape like a stick,
After that take ½ cup Maida in one pot and add some salt and water and mix it nicely to make a slightly watery paste.
Heat the oil in the frying pan, and dip the Pannier sticks one by one into the Maida paste and then cover the Paneer sticks with the bread crumbs & fry till the color changes to pink and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
