Recipe for Paneer Toasted Sandwich

This is a step by step Recipe for preparing Snack Bar Style Paneer Toasted Sandwich. This is a delicious break fast dish, which uses Paneer, Cheese, onion and potato along with some spices to give the Sandwich a typical Indian Flavor.

Ingredients
Paneer (made out of 1 liter Milk)
Cheese ¼ cup (grated)
¼ Tea spoon Garam Masala
2 Onions
1 Capsicum
1 Potato (boiled)
2 Green Chilies
1 Tea spoon Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation
Put the oil in a frying pan when hot add the Onion, Capsicum and green Chilies and Fry till soft.
Add rest of the ingredients and fry, till well mixed.
Remove and let it cool.
Use as filling for bread and toast on either side with ghee on a hot tawa or in a sandwich toaster.
Serve with sauce.
