This is a Recipe for Noodle Salad.A great add on for parties.
Ingredients
1 ½ Cup Boiled Noodles
2 Cucumbers
1 Shimla Mirchi [ Capsicum ]
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
Little spring Onion
Salt
Lime juice
Finely cut Green Chilies
Coriander leaves
Preparation
Cut the vegetable in long and thin sizes, Mix all the ingredients well, allow it to cool and serve in glass bowl.
