This is a Recipe for preparing crispy Batata or Potato Dosa. This is a great break fast dish, prepared usimg Potatoes as the main igredient.

Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
2 Cup Rice
4-6 Red Chilies
4 Potato (boiled & mashed)
½ inch Ginger
1 or 2 Onion
Preparation
Soak rice for 2 hours and then grind it along with the onion and ginger nicely, adding water.
Add red chilies, mashed Potatoes and salt and grind to a smooth paste, adding more water if required. Prepare dosas, frying on either side with ghee. Serve with tomato sauce.
