This is a Recipe for preparing Dhaba or restaurant style Punjab Lamb Chops at home. This is an authentic and popular meat recipe from Punjab, which, I have describe in a very simple manner, specially for new-homemakers.
Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 6-8 Persons
Ingredients
1 Kg Lamb chops
1 Cup Onion roughly chopped
½ Cup Tomatoes chopped
2 Table spoon Ginger paste
2 Table spoon Garlic paste
200 gm Curd
1 Tea spoon Red Chili Powder
1 Tea spoon Cumin powder
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
Preparation
Put all ingredients except Cumin and Garam Masala in a pan and being to boil. Cover and cook until chops and keep aside.
Cook the masala until half the liquid has evaporated. Add Cumin powder and stir for a minute.
Return the chops to pan and cook for three minutes. Sprinkle Garam masala and stir. Garnish with finely chopped Ginger.
