8 Table spoon Custard powder
50 Grams Ice-Cream powder
40 Grams Sugar
250 Grams Apple
250 Grams Cream
6 Ice-cream wafers
Nuts to decorate

Crushed Glucose Biscuits
Preparation
Boil Milk and Sugar. Meanwhile mix ice-cream powder and Custard powder, add to the boiling Milk, cool and freeze until thick, when half set, add essence, color, cream and leaves to set.
Chill Ice-cream glasses; lay alternate layers of Ice-cream, grated apples and nuts. Repeat layers, decorate with crushed biscuits and Ice-cream wafers.
