This is Recipe for preparing at home typical Chinese Restaurant Style Shrimp Fried Rice. A much in demand Chinese rice recipe.
Ingredients
4 Cups cold cooked Rice (should not be soft)
2 Table spoon Oil
2 Cups chopped Shrimps
1 Egg beaten
1 Tea spoon Salt
½ Tea spoon Pepper
1 Onion, chopped finely
2 Table spoon Soy sauce
Preparation
Heat Oil, add Onion and shrimps and fry for two minutes. Add Egg, Salt and Pepper. Mix well and add Rice and Soy sauce. Stir constantly for three minutes. Serve
