This is a recipe for Sweet and Sour Vegetables. A very famous Chinese recipe.

Serves: 5-6 Persons
Ingredients
100 Grams Carrot
100 Grams French Beans
100 Grams Cabbage
100 Grams Capsicum
100 Grams Onion
100 Grams Cauliflower
100 Grams Cucumber
½ Yea spoon Ajinomoto powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Sauce
½ Tea cup brown Vinegar
½ Cup Sugar
1 Teacup Water
2 Table spoon Corn flour
2 Table spoon Soya Sauce
4 Table spoon Tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut all the Vegetables into flat big pieces. Heat the Oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the Vegetables and Ajinomoto powder and little Salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the Sauce in a heavy bottomed vessel and put to boil. Go on cooking and stirring until it becomes thick. Add the prepared sauce, the cooked vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with chilies in vinegar and Chili Sauce.
