This is a recipe for Nutri Nugget Cutlets. Nutri Nuggets readily available in the market are a rich source of protean and are a low fat food.
These crispy cutlets made from Nutri Nuggets can be eaten as a snack or even served with the main course
Ingredients
2 ½ Cup Nutri Nugget
½ Cup Chana Dal
1 Big size Potato (peal)
1” Ginger
7-8 petals Garlic
4-5 Green Chilies
1½ Cup water
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
1 Cup Coriander (cut in small pieces)
2 Table spoon Corn flour
1 Table spoon Maida
Oil for frying the Cutlets
Preparation
Mix the all above ingredients (without Garam Masala, Coriander, Corn flour and Maida) and cook in the pressure cooker (give 2 whistles) till dry.
After that grind the cooked mixture in a grinder and then add Coriander, Garam Masala, Maida and Corn flour and mix it nicely and prepare small cutlets. Deep fry.
