This is a Recipe for preparing crispy Potato Puri, Batatyachi Tikhat Puri in Marathi and Masala Aloo Puri in Hindi. This is spicy Puri preparation and can be served for Breakfast, as a snack or with the main course.
Ingredients
3 Big size Potatoes
2 Cups Maida
1 Tea spoon Jeera
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1 Tea table spoon Oil
Maida
Oil for frying
Preparation
Boil the Potatoes and then peal and mash. Take the Maida add Salt, Jeera, Garam Masala. Then heat 1 Table spoon Oil and add it in to the Maida mixture. Mix it well. Then mix the boiled potatoes and make Dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes and then prepare small size puries.
Heat the Oil in a kadhai and deep fry the puries. Serve hot
