This is a step by step Recipe for making at home Golden Brown Ande Ke Patties or Egg Patties. A delicious eggs snack recipe for egg lovers. This dish is crisp and crunchy and makes a wholesome and healthy snack, which is also suitable for the main course meals.
Preparation Time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 3 Persons
Ingredients
4-5 Potatoes (boiled and smashed)
1 Tomato
1 Small Onion
6 Eggs
Coriander leaves
Ghee and Salt to taste
2-3 Green Chilies
Preparation
Heat Ghee in a pan and fry Onion till it becomes slightly brown.
Add Tomatoes and cook for some time.
Add salt. Break five Eggs in the above mixture and stir constantly until it becomes thick and sets.
Remove and cool.
Beat the remaining Egg well and keep aside.
Take the mashed Potatoes and add Chilies, Salt, Coriander powder and Mango powder and mix well.
Take a small ball, flatten it and place the above Egg mixture in centre and close well from all sides.
Shape anyway you want and dip in the beaten Egg.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce or Chutney.
