This is a simple recipe for Nariyal or Coconut ke Kebabs. This is a crisp and crunchy recipe which you can add to your meals once in a while.
Ingredients
1 Coconut
1 ½ Cup Besan
½ Cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 Tea spoon each Jeera, Til and Ajwain
1 Tea spoon each Salt and red Chili powder
Oil for frying
Preparation
Grate the coconut
Mix all the Ingredients
Heat Oil. Deep fry each spoonful till light pink in color.
Serve hot.
