This is a Recipe for preparing restaurant Style Kaju Palak Sabzi Kaju Palak. An authentic Palak dish with the added tasty flavor of Cashew Nuts.
Ingredients
1 Bunch Spinach (Palak)
10 Cup water
1 Tea spoon eating Soda
1 Tea spoon Salt
½ Cup Oil
2 Cup Onion (chopped)
2 Tea spoon Green Chili
1 Tea spoon Ginger paste
1 Tea spoon Garlic paste
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
½ Cup Milk
100 Gram Cashew nuts
2 Tea spoon Curd
Preparation
Heat 10 cups of Water then add Soda and Spinach and cook it nicely. Remove excess water and prepare a paste.
Heat the Oil in a Frying pan and then add Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Salt, Garam Masala and Palak paste and mix it well.
After that add Cashew nuts, Curd, Milk and ½ Cup water and then cook for 5 minutes on a slow sim.
Serve hot with Paratha.
