This is a Recipe for preparing nutritious and healthy Mutton Soup. This is an extremely nourishing Soup recipe for sick, ailing and persons recovering from major surgeries.
Ingredients
200 Gram Mutton (with Bones)
1” Ginger piece
5-7 Black Pepper
1 Medium size Onion
1 Medium size Carrot
1 Medium size Tomato
1” Cinnamon (Dalchini)
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon Refined flour (Maida)
1 Table spoon Ghee
Preparation
Wash the Mutton pieces. Grind the Ginger. Chop the Onion, Carrot, and Tomato.
Then add 4-5 cups of Water in to Mutton pieces and cook it nicely on a slow sim. Then add Carrot and Tomato and cook for 5-7 minutes on a slow sim
After that filter it and keep aside.
Heat the Ghee in the Pan add Onion and fry till color change in to dark brown.
Then add Maida fry for 2 minutes and then add the Mutton Water and Salt.
Serve hot.
While serving garnish with bread crumbs.
