This is a Recipe for Malai Barfi, the famous Bengali Sweet Dish. In this post, I will explain, how anyone can easily prepare it at home.
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 8 Nos
Ingredients
½ Liter Milk (buffalo)
4 Tea Spoon Milk Powder or 2 Tea spoon Khoya
5 Tea spoon Sugar
A Pinch of Turti [ Alum ]
½ Tea spoon Cardamom Powder
Almonds (cut in slices)

Preparation
Mix the Milk, Sugar, Turti and then boil it till it become thick. Then add the Cardamom Powder and mix it well. Pour into a tray and level it.
Garnish with Almonds. Serve cold.
