This is a Recipe for Three Layered Patties; this recipe uses three toppings of three different tastes and colors. A unique dish for tea and birthday parties.
Ingredients
For the White Layer
1 Kg Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
3 Tablespoon Gram Flour
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Green Chili Paste
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
For the Green Layer
½ Kg Green Peas (boiled and mashed)
2 Teaspoon Ginger-Green Chili Paste
½ Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
For the Yellow Layer
400 Gram Paneer
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Teaspoon Ginger-Green Chili Paste
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Mix the Ingredients for all the three layers separately and prepare 15 balls of each mixture.
Take yellow ball and cover one portion of it a with the Green Peas. Finally cover it with the white Potato mixture. Dip fingers in the Oil and made round smooth Pattice.
Deep fry in the Oil to golden brown color. After a few minutes cut each the Pattice in two parts.
Arrange the Pattice in a serving plate. Serve with the Tomato Ketchup
