This is a Recipe for Spicy Dried Prawns with Lady Fingers. The Jhinga Bhindi is a delicious dry prawns dish for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
250 Gram Dried Prawns
2 Fresh Red Chilies
1 Green Chili
5 Small Onions
5-6 Lady Fingers
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Table spoon Cooking Oil
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Grind the Dried Prawns, Red Chili, Green Chili, and Onion to a fine paste.
Wash and slit the Lady Fingers.
Heat the Oil in a frying pan; add grounded paste, Turmeric powder, Salt, and fry for 7-8 minutes on a slow flame. Add Lady Fingers and mix it well then cooks until done.
Serve hot with Chapatti.
