This is a Recipe for Quick Green Peas, Sukha Matar (Snacks) a starters item suitable for most parties.
Ingredients
2 Cups Green Peas
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Ajinomoto
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 Teaspoon Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 Green Chili (cut in small pieces)
1 Cup Potato Chips
2 Bread Slices (bread crumbs)
Preparation
In a frying pan heat the Oil and add Onion, fry for two minutes, add cooked Green Peas, Chili Sauce, Ajinomoto,
Salt and mix it well.
While serving garnish with Tomato, Chips and Bread Crumbs and Green Chilies
