A simple recipe for preparing at home Lassi Shop Style Special Pineapple [Ananas] Lassi at home is described by me in this article. The preparation method is uncomplicated and you can easily make this healthy, soothing and nutritious Ananas Lassi at home, especially during the hot summer months.
The recipe is for preparing four large glasses; the quantity of the ingredients can be increased or decreased as per the requirement.

Ingredients
Four glasses Buttermilk
Half Pineapple
100 grams Sugar
Green Cardamom Powder [Elaichi Powder] as per taste
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Skin and cut the Pineapple into small pieces and then grind through a mixer-juicer to prepare the Pineapple juice.
Take the Buttermilk, Sugar and Salt as per taste and Whisk nicely to get a smooth consistency, you can use a blender or the wooden whisking spoon, which is traditionally used for whisking buttermilk.
Then mix the pineapple juice and the buttermilk mixture in a mixer and whisk to get a smooth consistency.
Crushed ice can be added to chill the Pineapple Lassi or it can be refrigerated.
Lastly fill the ready Pineapple Lassi Mixture into four large glasses decorate with the Elaichi Powder and serve.
