This Paneer-Rice Kebab, which is prepared using Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese and Cooked Rice as the main ingredients, is a tasty and delicious snack, which can also be served as an add-on during the main course.
The Paneer-Chawal Kabab also makes a handy vegetarian starters snack for any kind of party, including Kitty and Cocktail parties.
Paneer Rice Kebab preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
½-Kilogram Paneer – Indian Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Rice (cooked)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 Big size Onion (chopped)
¼ Cup Coriander (chopped)
2 Tablespoon Mint (chopped)
½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
½ Teaspoon Ajinomoto
½ Cup Oil for frying Kebab
Bread Crumbs of 2 Bread Slices
For the Batter
2 Tablespoon Refined Flour
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Cut the Paneer into 12 medium size cubes and keep aside.
Mix the Cooked Rice, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Onion, Coriander, Mint, Garam Masala, Salt, and Ajinomoto and prepare Dough.
Then prepare 12 equal sized Balls the Dough.
Then insert the Paneer Cubes in to the Dough and cover the Paneer completely.
Mix the Refined Flour, Salt and ½ cup Water.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai then dip the Paneer balls in the Refined Flour Batter, then roll in the Bread Crumbs, and then deep-fry the Kebab until its color changes in to light Brown.
Serve hot with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
