This is a simple and easy to follow Recipe for making at home sweet and tasty Besan Ka Sheera. Along with being a delicious dessert or snack, the Besan Sheera or Halwa is believed to be effective home remedy in treating cough and colds.

Besan Ka Sheera Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
2 Cups Gram Flour (Besan)
½ Cup Coconut (grated)
¼ Cup Ghee
4 Cup Milk
Dry fruits
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Preparation:
In a Kadai melt the half portion of the Ghee and add the Gram Flour, mix it well and sauté until the color changes into light brown.
Then add grated Coconut and remaining portion of the Ghee and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the warm Milk and mix it well and cover the kadai with a stainless steel plate for 4-5 minutes on a slow flame.
Remove the plate and add the Cardamom Powder, Dry Fruits and mix it well.
Serve hot.
