This is a simple to follow step-by-step Recipe for preparing crispy and delicious Mango-Paneer Cutlets at home. These delicious Paneer Mango Cutlets use Paneer, Mangos and Potatoes as the main ingredients. The fresh Mangoes can be replaced by canned Mango Pulp when Mangoes are not in season.

Serves: 8 Cutlets
Ingredients
For the Covering
2 Big size Potatoes (or 4 Medium size Potatoes)
Black Pepper and Salt as per taste
2 Tablespoon Pandharpuri Dal (grounded)
For the stuffing
1 Cup Mango Pieces
½ Cup Paneer Pieces
2 Green Chili (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Cashew nut and Almonds pieces
8-10 Mint Leaves (chopped)
Black Pepper and Salt as per taste
4 Toasts Powdered (Optional)
Oil for shallow frying the Cutlets
Preparation
For the covering: Boil, peal and mash the Potatoes and add the Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Pandharpuri Dal Powder and prepare a Dough. Prepare 8 equal size balls from the Dough.
For the Filling: Mix the Mango Pieces, Paneer Pieces, Green Chilies, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Mint Leaves, Black Pepper, and Salt and mix it well. Then divide into eight equal portion.
For the Cutlet: to prepare the cutlet take a Potato dough ball and stuff one portion of the Mango Paneer mixture and close it nicely. Then prepare all the Cutlets and keep them aside. Then roll the cutlets in Powdered Toast Powder.
Heat the Oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the Mango-Paneer Cutlets on a slow flame until they become crispy or you can also deep-fry them.
Serve hot.
