Ingredients
250 Gram Paneer (shredded) – for making Paneer at home see the recipe on – Homemade Paneer
1 Cup Curd (Yogurt)
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ Teaspoon Green Chili (crushed)
½ Cup Pudina Leaves (chopped)
½ Cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
½ Teaspoon Parsley Powder
¼ Teaspoon Sendelona Salt
¼ Teaspoon Chat Masala
¼Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds Powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Kebab
Preparation
Shred the Paneer, chop the Coriander and Mint Leaves, and prepare powder of Cumin seeds, Parsley, Fenugreek Seeds.
Then mix the shredded Paneer, Curd, Ginger-Garlic Paste, chopped Green Chili, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Gram Flour, Cumin Seeds Powder, Parsley Powder, Shendelon Salt, Chat Masala, Fenugreek Seeds, and Salt and prepare a Dough.
Prepare medium size flat balls from the Dough.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep fry the Kebab till crispy.
Serve hot with Cucumber Raita.
